Listed below are easy, effortless ways you can make a big difference and help our school. Please select from the following programs to find out how you can make a difference everyday

 

Gift Card Program

Through our gift card program, you purchase gift cards to local grocery, dining, entertainment and retailers and SKPS receives a percentage back. July 1st begins the gift card annual "calendar year." Beginning July 1st, all gift card purchases will be credited to the upcoming school year. Be sure to start purchasing your gift cards early so that you can easily meet your family goal by year end.

The percentage listed on the order form for each vendor is used to calculate the credit towards your family's fund raising goal. For example, if you purchase $100 in gift cards for Gymboree at 13% you will receive a credit of $13 towards your fund raising goal. If you purchase $100 in gift cards for Kohl's at 4% you will receive a credit of $4 towards your fund raising goal.

    • Lands' End offers a great return of 15% so be sure to purchase the gift cards for uniform purchases. Gift cards are accepted online and at Sears.
    • McDonald's Care Certificates are worth $1. The profit for the Care Certificates is 50%. Please note:
      • Care Certificates are only redeemable at McDonald locations listed on the certificate.
      • Change will not be given on the certificate.
      • Sales tax must be paid in cash.
    • Giant Eagle gift cards purchased from the school can be used to buy other gift cards from Giant Eagle. Earn credit for school fundraising and earn FuelPerks from Giant Eagle!
    • Use Kohl’s gift cards purchased from the school to pay the balance on your Kohl’s credit card at the customer service desk in the store.

How to Purchase Gift Cards

  • Buy Gift Cards at School
    Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk of the Parish Center during the following business hours:

    • Monday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
    • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday:  8:00am - 9:00pm
    • Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

  • Buy Via Backpack
    Complete the Gift Card Order Form and send it in via your child's backpack.  We can usually turn the order around the same day or the following. This is a great way to get your cards without having to stop into the office!

  • Buy After Mass
    Gift cards can be purchased after the 4:00pm and 5:30pm Mass each Saturday and the 9:00am, 10:30am and Noon Masses each Sunday.

Box Tops for Education

Find Box Tops coupons on hundreds of your favorite products. Click here for a list of participating products. Each one is worth 10 cents and they add up really fast.  Keep clipping and sending those box tops in and let's break their bank!

Campbell's Labels for Education

Just clip and save the UPC codes or lids (not the entire label) from many products. Included are not only Campbell's, but also Pepperidge Farms, V8, Prego, Spagettios, and Swanson. Click here for a list of participating products and what to save. Just send them in to school or drop them off at Mass in the Campbell's collection bin and the Labels Committee will do the rest.  Don't forget to ask other family members and friends to collect, too.

New this year! 
Click here to register your Giant Eagle Advantage Card with Campbell's. With every qualifying item you purchase at Giant Eagle using your advantage card, the school will earn one bonus point.  In addition, you can still clip and save the UPC and we will get those points, too, essentially doubling our points on every purchase. Don’t delay, register your card today, it is super easy.  For every advantage card registered for our school by October 31st, we will get 200 bonus points.

Giant Eagle - Apples for the Students Program

Giant Eagle's program of Apples for the Students is up and running for our school. 

  • Click here to register online now or call 1-800-474-4777 using your advantage card number and our school ID# 5230. 
  • You can register up to 5 schools with the same advantage card and the earning will be split between the schools.
  • This program will in NO WAY affect your Fuelperks savings.
  • Then just shop as you normally do using your Advantage Card.

Target - Take Charge of Education Program

When you use your REDcard (Target Visa Credit Card, Target Credit Card or Target Check Card) Target will donate up to 1% of your purchases to the school of your choice!  Simply register online or call 1-800-316-6142 and designate Saint Kilian with code #125825. Just recently our school received a check for over $800. 

Thanks so much to those who are already participating!  If you haven't yet designated your REDcard for St. Kilian, please take a moment to do so and pass this on to your family and friends!

Tyson Labels
Clip and save the entire Project A+T label from participating Tyson products. Each label we collect is worth 24¢ for our school. These can be placed in the collection bins already being used for Campbell 's labels and boxtops located near the worship space entrance and the school. Cartridges for Kids
Bring or send in your used ink jet or laser cartridges to get cash for the school. Each cartridge can bring in anywhere from $0.25 to $4.00 or more. Place them in the collection container at the main Worship Center desk  and we will sort them out!

Drink Pouch Brigade
After October 31st, we will no longer particpate in this Terracycle program.  If you have saved pouches at home, please send them in before October 31, 2011 and we will process them. 

Mountain Avenue
Mountain Avenue is an online gift company that donates between 10-25% of purchase proceeds back to SKPS. By clicking through and ordering from this link, every dollar spent with Mountain Avenue is tracked and benefits SKPS.
