Within Saint Kilian Parish are five large nursing facilities: Atria's at Cranberry; St. Barnabas at Valencia Wood and the Arbors; Lutheran Senior Life St. John Specialty Care Center and Rosecrest; Paramount, Concordia; Penn Mar Plaza; and Cranberry Place and one UPMC Passavant Hospital Cranberry.  Saint Kilian Parish is responsible for sacramental celebration and pastoral care at each of these institutions.  A large number of parishioners who are Eucharistic Ministers of Holy Communion provide this care each week.
